In the initial weeks and months of your membership it is important to receive support in order to ensure effective training. Our trainers will assist you from the first training workout – this will enable you to succeed. Start as a new member From the very start of your membership we will support you; from the initial consultation to defining your individual training objectives.

Training consultations with fitness check-up’s
Our trainer will provide information on all our programs and will work out an individual fitness program. We will consult on your personal health, after which you will complete a fitness-check that consists of four components: spine analysis, muscle function test, body composition analysis, heart & vascular test and we will rate your current fitness endurance ability.
